POLICY M14 - Parking Standards

The council will expect development to provide parking in accordance with the London Plan parking standards, except in the case of residential development, where the standards will be:

  1. 2 to 11/2 spaces per unit for detached and semi-detached houses;
  2. 11/2 to 1 spaces per unit for terraced houses and flats; and
  3. 1 to less than 1 space per unit for development consisting mainly of flats.
